Method pilates - Ken Heizman is a terrific Pilates instructor who teaches Pilates in the traditional Joe Pilates method. His equipment is the most complete and best that I have seen. Ken is excellent at ensuring that exercises are matched to his students’ abilities and done with the proper form. My sessions with him have made a big difference for me physically.
